Writing Tutoring, Grades 9-12: Four 45-Minute Virtual Sessions

One-on-one writing help for high schoolers, from a university English professor with 15 years in the classroom.

Four private 45-minute sessions on Google Meet, built around whatever your teen is writing right now: an essay for class, a research paper, an argument they can't quite get to hang together, or a draft that needs a strong revision. Each session starts from your student's own work, so the time goes to what they actually need.

• Building a clear thesis and an argument that holds up
• Organizing paragraphs and using evidence well
• Research papers and citations
• Revising and self-editing, so students can improve their own drafts
• Grammar and mechanics, in context

How it works

• After purchase, you'll receive an email within one business day with a link to book all four sessions at times that suit you.
• When booking, tell us what your student wants help with, and email any draft or assignment ahead of time so the session starts up to speed.
• Each session meets on Google Meet; the link is in your calendar invitation.
• Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. All four should be used within 90 days of purchase.

Package: 4 sessions × 45 minutes, virtual, one-on-one. Grades 9-12 (ages 14-18).
